REQUESTS

The Mike Zimmer Foundation receives many requests from individuals and other organizations. Please refer to the guidelines in each section to assist you with your request.

TO REQUEST A COACH ZIMMER AUTOGRAPH, PLEASE USE THE FORM BELOW, BUT PLEASE NOTE:

  • Complimentary Coach Zimmer autograph requests will only be granted to non profit organizations and/or charitable events. Proof of the requesting organization’s 501(c)3 must be submitted along with the autograph request form before approval.
     

  • If the request for an autograph is for personal use, we will accept a donation of $200. The check, cash or credit card must be submitted before the item will be signed. Please fill out the form below and a representative will contact you with more information.
     

  • We only accept autograph requests for Coach Zimmer – we cannot facilitate Minnesota Viking players autograph requests. Please contact the Vikings directly if you are seeking a player autograph.
     

  • All requests must be made via the electronic form below.
