Save the Date!  The second annual Mike Zimmer Golf Classic is set for Monday, June 7th 2021 at Bearpath Golf and Country Club, with the PreParTee on Saturday, June 5th at the Vikings Museum at TCO performance center.  Created in 1996 by the renowned golfer, Jack Nicklaus, Bearpath has achieved significant recognition and is stamped with the Nicklaus trademark of risk and reward. Nested around Jacques Creek, bordering Lake Riley, Bearpath offers a challenging golf experience and an energetic membership that makes the Club's wide array of golf events fun for every level of golfer.

 

On Monday, June 7th, guests including former and current Vikings, as well as local celebrities, will team up with partners and sponsors for an enjoyable day of golf.  A full field of 144 golfers compete in various contests such as Hole-in-One, Longest Drive, and Closest-to-the-Pin.  The top three teams, the last place team, and the winners of the contests each receive prizes.

 

The pre-golf celebration will be held at the new Vikings Museum at Twin Cities Performance Center in Eagan for celebrities and sponsors and will feature food, drinks, a live and silent auction, live music by Chris Hawkey and the scholarship check presentations for this years winners.  

 

All proceeds benefit our outreach programs.
